The Integrative Healing Clinic is in the heart of Glen Park, easily accessible by Bart, bus and freeway. We have a lovely clinic that often feels like an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Currently, our practice is integrative, with a wide range of practitioners. We have acupuncture and Chinese medicine, body work, Feldenkrais, triggerpoint massage, and a variety of psychotherapists as well.

I had sharp and persistent back pain for 3 weeks. Treatments with an osteopath and physical therapist showed slight improvement, however, after 2 treatments with Heidi, my pain was gone! I continued with her exercise and lifestyle advice, and have been feeling great. The pain has not returned at all. Even better, I have found that with regular treatments, my sleep has vastly improved, and my once raging PMS is non-existent. Thanks, Heidi! You're the best.

I've been seeing Heidi on and off for almost 5 years now and she's done a range of things for me - from helping me with my back pain, relieving stress in my shoulders after a car accident, relieving the tendinitis in my arms - to regulating my menstrual cycle and getting rid of cramps! Heidi has even helped me get rid of common colds a lot faster than I usually recover from them. LOVE YOU HEIDI...You truly ARE the best!! See you soon!
