My name is Zoe Sherman and I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP). I focus on a holistic, individualized approach to healing the body using nutrient-dense foods and lifestyle modifications including stress management and sleep hygiene.
My journey with nutrition began when I realized the power of using food as medicine while healing from my own autoimmune disease and hormone imbalances. I love empowering my clients to achieve improved health (including increased energy and reduced stress) through individualized nutrition plans. My plans include detailed nutritional assessments, ongoing food and mood journal analysis, recipe suggestions, a personalized healing protocol and compassionate coaching.
In my free time, you can find me hiking with my dog, attempting to recreate restaurant recipes or searching for my next podcast.
